Case 1

flipped Autograft (Soft tissue enhancement technique to treat Wound dehiscence Complication )

this case was administered to the clinic with badly broken down tooth no 36# which needed to be extracted
decision was taken to replace the tooth with immediate implant placement
during extraction part of the buccal bone was fractured which required flap reflection and GBR procedures
After two weeks wound dehiscence appeared which we take the decision to utilize flipped autograft technique to treat the condition.

Case 2

soft tissue management around dental implant

this case was administered to the clinic with previously placed dental implant replacing tooth no, 25 # . the implant abutment was connected showing excessive buccally positioned placement which lead to loss of all keratinized mucosa around and subsequent marginl recession around the abutment finish line.
decision was taken to enhance the surrounding soft tissue with FGG then continuing with prothetic work with a hybrid screw-cemented zirconium crown .
during the waiting time tooth 26# got involved with distal caries lead to pulpitis and the need for RCT which was done and tooth prepared to receive a full coverage zirconium crown as well .

Case 3

perio - ortho interrelationship

this case was administered to the clinic with spacing at both arches and recession at the lower anterior zone due to labioversion position of the teeth
decision was taken to stabilize the case periodontally then start with orthodontic treatment
after proper SRP case was lift to heal for 4 weeks then FGG surgery was done to improve the tissue at the lower incisor area
After 3 months of healing orthodontic treatment was started to complete the case

Case 4

All on 4 COAXIS full arch implantation

this case was administered to the clinic with fully edentoulus mandible that needs to be rehabilitated .
decision was taken to restore the patient teeth using FP3 prosthesis supported by dental implants
as the bone availability was inadequate posteriorly we took the decision with the patient to go for tilted implants implementing the concept of all on 4
4 co Axis implants were used here , following surgical healing period , another intervention was done to enhance the soft tissue around implants by using FGG technique .
finally FP3 peek restoration was made to rehabilitate the mandible successfully /

Case 5

implants in the esthetic zone

this case was administered to the clinic with a compromised periodontium that lead to grade III mobility in teeth 11 and 12
non surgical periodontal treatment was done to reach a healthy condition before extraction
decision was taken to extract the loose teeth and to restore the patient teeth using FP3 prosthesis supported by dental implants
implant placed and after healing period of 3 months a modified palatal roll flap was done during the uncovery phase to augment the soft tissue around implant
impression was recorded for the fabrication of 2 separate zirconium crowns
